Pretzel with raclette and radishes

Ingredient

Serves four


8 small pretzels from the chiller cabinet, for baking
2 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of radishes
150 g raclette cheese
200 g cream quark
Salt, pepper & chili powder

Preparation

In the oven

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes, including 10 minutes baking time

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Finely chop the spring onions and crush the garlic cloves. Wash and finely chop the radishes (if organic, also chop some of the green leaves).

2. Grate the raclette cheese and mix everything with the quark. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little chili powder.

3. Fill the pretzel cavities with the mixture (you can also put a little on top of the pretzel). Bake the pretzel for approx. 10 minutes.

Tip: Grate fresh horseradish on top.
