Raclette with walnuts and figs


for 4 serves

Raclette oven and trays

800 g sliced raclette cheese
1 handful of coarsely chopped walnut kernels
4 - 6  fresh figs, sliced
1 kg parboiled potatoes, hot


10 minutes
In the raclette oven

1. Place raclette cheese slice in each tray, cover with fig slices and walnut kernels and grill until cheese melts. Add pepper.

Serve with potatoes.
