Apple and onion Raclette toast

Apple and onion Raclette toast


Serves 4

4 slices of bread or toast
4 slices of Raclette cheese
1 apple (1/4 apple per slice of bread)
2 tbsp fried onions
Pepper or Raclette spice



8 minutes
In the oven

1. Cover bread slices with apple slices and top with Raclette cheese. 

2. Sprinkle with fried onions and bake at 180° for 3-4 minutes.

3. Season prepared toasts with pepper or Raclette spice.

Tip: Goes well with a green salad.
